Brad is a 4th generation Bristol Bay commercial fisherman and owns and operates the FV Novarupta, delivering premium sockeye salmon to the world.
Ronalda is Aleut and Dena'Ina-Athabascan and resides in Anchorage, AK. She comes from Ugashik, AK (Bristol Bay) and also commercial fishes in Bristol Bay.
Ronalda has nearly 30 years management experience working with Alaska tribes and community development groups. Ronalda is a team leader for planning and proposal management, administrative and organizational development, Human Resources Management practices and implementation and process control.
Ronalda has expertise working with several government and private entities including Bureau of Indian Affairs, USDA, HUD and EDA.
Terrence Shanigan is Aleut and from Bristol Bay. Terrence is a U.S Navy veteran, and a former Alaska State Trooper and Bristol Bay commercial fisherman.
Terrence's professional credentials include over two decades of expertise in Quality Improvement methodologies, Six Sigma, LEAN, developing communication networks, strategic planning, cultivating teamwork, performance audits, project planning, and organization development.
Education is a cornerstone of Terrence's success. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Valley City State University, an MBA from Louisiana State University, and attained Graduate level Certificates in Finance and Alternative Investments from Harvard Business School.
Terrence is the Director of Legislative Affairs and Director of Boards and Commissions for the Municipality of Anchorage. He has also served as the Chief of Staff for an Alaska State Senator, President of the Native Tribe of Kanatak, and Executive Director of Anchorage School Business Partnerships.
Craig is from Fort Yukon and is Gwich'in. He has 33 years of active military experience with the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Air Force and ongoing Alaska Air National Guard service. Craig spent 16 years enlisted before commissioning and currently holds Lt Col’s rank, serving as an Intelligence Officer in the Alaska National Guard. Craig is a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Craig’s educational background includes Air Command and Staff College at Air University, Squadron Officer’s School at Maxwell Air Force Base, Air War College at Air University, a BSc in Natural Resources Management from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, an M.A. in Intelligence Studies from American Public University and substantial work towards an MSc in Wildlife Biology from the University of Calgary.
He is a Board Member for the International Union for Conservation of Nature, Bison Subcommittee; board member of the Veteran Internships Providing Employment Readiness (VIPER) program; Director on the Board of the International Blue Cooperative.
