RONALDA ANGASAN

MEMBER MANAGER • BUSINESS MANAGER

Ronalda is Aleut and Dena’Ina-Athabascan and is from the region of Bristol Bay, Alaska.  Ronalda grew up between the village of Ugashik in the summertime commercial and subsistence fishing, and Anchorage in the winter.

Ronalda is the Business Manager at FNS, where she oversees the organization’s operational and administrative functions. With nearly thirty years of management experience, she has worked extensively with Alaska Native Corporations, Federally Recognized Tribes, and community development organizations. 

Ronalda is a former a SHRM-Certified Professional and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She excels as a team leader across various areas, including planning and proposal management, human resources management, project implementation, and process control. 

Ronalda has expertise working with several government and private entities, including the U.S. Dept. of Interior-Bureau of Indian Affairs, National Telecommunications and Information Administration, U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development, and U.S. Economic Development Administration. 

She received her formal education from Alaska Pacific University and Western Governors University.

BRAD ANGASAN

MEMBER MANAGER • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Brad is Sugpiaq and is also from the Bristol Bay region. Growing up, Brad spent his summers in the village of South Naknek, commercial fishing with his family.

Brad is the company’s business development and marketing arm. He is passionate about building capacity and opportunities for small businesses and government organizations. His focuses are business planning, developing strategic alliances and partnerships, conducting stakeholder outreach, and providing executive management services for organizations undergoing transition. Brad possesses a comprehensive understanding of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) and the Alaska National Interests Lands Act (ANILCA), showcasing his deep knowledge of their historical significance and implications.

Brad has over 25 years of management experience in Alaska’s for-profit and non-profit business sectors. This includes 10 years in management at a Native non-profit corporation and 15 years in project and executive management at an Alaska Native village corporation, where he gained experience developing 8a-sole source and competitive opportunities.

Brad received his formal education from Western State University-Colorado and the University of Alaska-Fairbanks School of Management.
